Cotes du Rhone
Domaine Durbin Vin de Pays Du Vaucluse 2008
A tasty blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignane and Mourvedre in this tight little package.

Jean-Luc Colombo Cotes du Rhone "Les Abeilles"
A blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Mourvedre, this has a seamless mouth-feel, a nose of dusty cherry and cinnamon spice, with kirsch-like flavors and a cinnamon finish, lasting 20+ seconds. Great value for 10 bucks!

Paul Jaboulet Cotes du Rhone 2007 "Parallel 45"
Rich earthy nose with hints of cherry and smoke. This has complex flavors of bright cherry, smoked meats, and thyme. Viscous and seamless, this has a long, smooth, smoky finish. Bravo!

Kermit Lynch Cotes du Rhone
Stunning stuff! This has a deep, dark raspberry liquor nose, with racy red fruit, a rich mouth-feel that is very pleasant, and a long, fruit filled finish that lasts for 30+ seconds. Rumor has it that the winemaker for Vieux Telegraph makes this, with Kermit Lynch himself having a hand in this. Great stuff!
